Wash potatoes well. Slice them into 1/4 inch thickness matchsticks. Pat slices dry then transfer them to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add pizza seasoning, salt, and oil. Toss well until evenly coated.
Air Fryer: Set to 350F and 20 minutes. Preheat for 2 minutes. Add potatoes in single layer and cook until golden brown, shaking half way through. Cook it batches as needed.
Oven: Preheat Oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place potatoes in single layer and roast on the bottom wrack for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer potatoes to a large serving plate and garnish with ranch, buffalo sauce, and fresh basil.
