Ingredients
Method
- Mix all of your spices together.
- Pat wings until they are dry, place in a large bowl, and toss with seasonings until they are evenly coated
For the Oven
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Place wings 1.5 inches apart on a parchement lined baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil.
- Put wings in the oven on the lowest wrack. Bake for 30-35 mintues or until skin is crispy and meat has begun to pull away from drumstick bone.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
For air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes.
- Place wings in single layer and fry for ~12 mintues, shaking half way though. Adjust cooking times depending on your specific device. Skin should be crispy and meat should be pulling away from drumstick bone.
- Place wings on drying wrack and repeat with remain wings as needed.
- Serve immediatly.
Serving
- You can toss wings in your favorite sauce OR serve them with sauces on the side.
- Enjoy!
